| l'hôtel est très propre ,bien placé avec une vue epoustouflante sur guadalajara ,le seul problème ....c'est la froideur de l'accueil ,par exemple en guise d'accueil une bouteille d'eau vous est soi_disant offerte mais facturée 42 PESOS!!!!
et puis un petit café ou autre boisson offertes dans le grand hall serait un gage de chaleur
il serait aussi agréable qu'un peu d'anglais soit pratiqué ,tout le monde ne maitise pas l'espagnol |

| ME ENCANTA EL DESAYUNO, EL SERVICIO EN GENERAL ES BUENO, SI LO RECOMIENDO, AUNQUE EL EDIFICIO ES UN POCO VIEJO. SIEMPRE BUSCO LOS HOTELES FIESTA AMERICANA CUANDO VOY DE VIAJE.
AUNQUE SE ESCUCHA MUCHO RUIDO EN LAS HABITACIONES DEL SEXTO PISO. |

| Great Location. Installations are a little bit old and the rooms could get a refresh.
I dont like that a 4-5 star hotel charges you for WiFi. They should include that in you nightly rate. |

| service is AMAZING!!! staff is FRIENDLY and VERY helpful. the mexican food served at their breakfast buffet is some of the best i've had, simple yet delicious. i would go just for the mexican food at the restaurant. That said, the hotel is in serious need of a remodel of decor. The furniture is very dated, fabrics are OLD. it's a simple thing to fix to make this an A++ hotel. |

| hotel amplio, bien ubicado
al ingreso me dijieron que internet tenia un costo adicional pero al mostrar el mail de la reserva de hoteles.com me lo respetaron (decia que era sin costo).
el desayuno tiene costo adicional lo cual me parece no correponde a un hotel de esta categoria.
el personal que atiende el desayuno muy agradable y pronto a solucionar los problemas
el personal de recepcion y conserje muy bien dispustos a ayudarnos en todo |

| La reservación y la compra fue excelente con ustedes,y me mandaron un correo en el cual especifica,el pago realizado, las fechas de estadía y también el internet incluido.
Al registrarme me comentaron que para obtener el inetrnet pagaría el servicio.
Al cual yo les mostré el correo en cual el internet estaba incluido y me dijeron que no había problema.
La sorpresa que cuando pido a mi banco mi estado de
cuanta aparece el cargo extra por el internet. |

| Pense que por ser un hotel Fiesta Americana sería sinonimo de calidad, sin embargo el hotel esta sumamente viejo, las habitaciones descuidadas y antiguas, el mobiliario en las habitaciones parece de los 70's. Da tristeza que sea una cadena tan prestigiada y que tengan hoteles de tan mala apariencia. |

| Good value for the money. Rooms have been updated and the location is ideal if you want to go shopping. Good dining is also close. Staff are very helpful. Fiesta floors have very spacious rooms and great views. |
